Compounded Therapies
Anti-Aging and Longevity
One simple page that maps the prescription therapies prescribers may consider for age-related symptoms, each compounded by America First Pharmacies in Irving, Texas. Prescription required for everything listed here.
What's Included:
- What You Will Find Here
- Prescription Required
- Safety and What to Discuss With Your Prescriber

Aging changes energy, sleep, hormones, and recovery, and those changes are worth taking seriously. No medication makes anyone younger, and we will not pretend otherwise. What does exist is a set of prescription therapies your prescriber may consider for specific age-related symptoms.
America First Pharmacies prepares these medications when your prescriber determines a commercially available product is not right for you, for example a strength that is not manufactured or a sensitivity to an ingredient. Every formulation is compounded for your specific needs.
This page is a map, not a menu. Each therapy below has its own page with details on available forms and what to discuss with your prescriber. Browse, then bring your questions to your prescriber or to our pharmacists.
- Hormone therapy for women, compounded to your prescription
- Hormone therapy for men, compounded to your prescription
- NAD+ injections, covered on our nutrient injections page
- Glutathione injections, covered on our nutrient injections page
- Sermorelin, covered on our peptide therapy page
- Low-dose naltrexone (LDN), covered on its own dedicated page
What You Will Find Here
Five areas, each with its own detailed page. Hormone therapy for women and hormone therapy for men cover compounded hormone prescriptions. Our nutrient injections page covers NAD+ and glutathione. Our peptide therapy page covers sermorelin. Low-dose naltrexone has a dedicated page of its own. Every one of these requires a prescription.
Prescription Required
Everything on this page is a prescription medication. We do not sell these over the counter, and we do not prescribe. If a therapy here sounds relevant to symptoms you are experiencing, talk to your prescriber, or book a consultation with our pharmacists and we will help you prepare for that conversation.
Safety and What to Discuss With Your Prescriber
Compounded medications are individualized prescriptions, so the right starting point is a full conversation with your prescriber. Share your health history, current medications, and the symptoms you want to address, and ask what monitoring or follow-up your prescriber recommends. Our pharmacists at America First Pharmacies are available to answer questions about formulations, dosage forms, and how to take your medication as prescribed.
Prescribers may consider this for
- Symptoms related to hormone changes that come with age, in women or men
- Ongoing fatigue or low energy, after a full evaluation
- Sleep and recovery concerns you have discussed with your prescriber
- Situations where a commercially available product is not right for you
