What's Included:
- Why a Prescription Comes First
- About NAD+
- Safety and What to Discuss With Your Prescriber

Some patients cannot get what they need from tablets and capsules. When your prescriber determines that a commercially available product is not right for you, America First Pharmacies can prepare nutrient injections and infusion preparations matched to your prescription. Each one is compounded for a single named patient, never made in advance for walk-in use.
Our compounding pharmacists prepare methylcobalamin B12 injections, MIC and lipotropic blends used in prescriber-directed wellness plans, glutathione preparations, and NAD+. NAD+ is available only by prescription through your provider, and every dose we prepare is patient-specific, as federal and Texas compounding law require.
The process starts with your prescriber, not with us. Talk with your doctor or nurse practitioner about whether nutrient therapy fits your care plan. If they write a prescription, send it to us or call 972-947-2400, and our pharmacists will prepare it, walk you through storage and administration, and stay available for your questions.

Why a Prescription Comes First
We are a compounding pharmacy, not a drip bar. Federal and Texas law allow us to compound a preparation only for a specific patient with a specific prescription. That means no walk-in infusions and no pre-made stock waiting on a shelf. Your prescriber evaluates you, decides whether a nutrient injection or infusion may be an option for you, and writes the order. We compound to that order, exactly.
About NAD+
NAD+ preparations are available by prescription through your provider. We do not offer walk-in NAD+ drips, and we do not prepare doses ahead of demand. Every NAD+ preparation we compound is made for one named patient, in the strength and route your prescriber specifies. If you are curious about NAD+, the conversation starts in your provider's office, not at our counter.
Safety and What to Discuss With Your Prescriber
Injections and infusions are drugs, and they carry risks, including injection-site reactions, infection, and allergic response. Before starting nutrient therapy, tell your prescriber about every medication and supplement you take, any allergies, any kidney or liver conditions, and whether you are pregnant or nursing. Use each preparation exactly as prescribed, and report any side effects to your prescriber promptly. Our pharmacists are glad to review your full medication list with you before you begin.
